regards to conducting business with The Chrome Pit. Please read these
carefully as they may contain, but are not limited to:

Pricing Estimates - Pricing figures shown here are estimates only.
Varying conditions of parts can and will (in most cases) affect final cost.
Factors such as tarnishing, blemishes,
scratches and dents will contribute to or detract from the overall total of the chroming
process. The figures shown in the pricing guide are meant as a guideline for costing your
job and are in no way a valid or binding price quotation.
Pricing Changes - The Company reserves the right to update prices without notice.
While every effort is made to ensure that the pricing on the website is current and correct,
errors may occur. In the event of an discrepancy in pricing between the website and The Company
pricing structure, The Company's Pricing structure will be considered correct.
Methods of Payment - We accept Cheque, Money Order, Visa and Mastercard.
Quotations - Written quotations are valid for 90 days from the date of the quotation
unless otherwise specified in writing by The Company.
Shipping Requirements - The Customer must completely disassemble all parts to be chromed.
(Bearings bushings, nuts & bolts etc.). All parts shipped must be itemized in an attached packing
list affixed to and visible on the outside of the shipping container. All parts that The Customer wishes
to be chromed must be explicitly indicated on the packing list.
Shipping Information - All packages must include a packing list with the following information:
Customer Name
Full Address
Return Shipping Address (If different than Full Address)
Contact Name and Phone Number(s) - Daytime and Evening preferable.
Packages sent without this information will not be accepted as The Company has no way of determining any missing
information.
Turn Around Time - Turn around times will fluctuate depending on a number of factors
such as The Company's current work load, the condition of the parts The Customer would like processed
and the Shipping Company. Generally, the turn around time for most projects is approximately 2 to 4 weeks
(NOT including shipping time).
ADDITIONAL MISCELLANEOUS DISCLAIMERS
Loss or Desctruction of Property - The Company is not responsible for loss or damage
of parts for reasons such as (but not limited to) to theft, fire, vandalism, or damage incurred during
the chroming process.
Unclaimed Parts - Parts left unclaimed for over 120 days will be sold without notice to
the customer.
This document is subject to change on a continual basis
as required by The Chrome Pit. By doing business with The Chrome Pit you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
